Salmon & Egg Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked, flaked salmon
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, cubed
  • 1/2 pound pre-cooked shrimp
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 2 celery sticks, diced
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, tomato, celery, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar. 
  2. Gently stir in salmon and cubed eggs. 
  3. Drizzle lemon juice into the salad.  Garnish with sliced hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, and celery leaves for colors.9.9.18 Salmon & Egg Salad
