Salmon & Egg Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked, flaked salmon
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, cubed
- 1/2 pound pre-cooked shrimp
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 2 celery sticks, diced
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, tomato, celery, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar.
- Gently stir in salmon and cubed eggs.
- Drizzle lemon juice into the salad. Garnish with sliced hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, and celery leaves for colors.
